Remove the retired ServiceMap service, methods and models, and stop exposing topology metadata in target-list responses. Update the vendored English/Chinese OpenAPI specs and regenerate service wiring, models and roundtrip tests. The remaining API definitions retain their existing version baseline.
Breaking change: client.ServiceMap, ServiceMap-specific exported types, and target-list topology fields are removed. Callers using those symbols must remove their ServiceMap integration.
Validation: make passed (format, lint, race tests and build). Checked OpenAPI references and confirmed the five retired paths are removed without unrelated changes to retained operations.
