Remove the five retired ServiceMap commands and their command-card entry points. Regenerate command registration, the operation manifest and response help from the updated SDK, including removal of topology fields from target-list output documentation.
Pin go-flashduty to the reviewed ServiceMap-removal commit so a fresh generation cannot restore the retired commands. There is no local replace directive.
Dependencies:
Validation: generated commands and skill cards match the pinned SDK; lint, build, check-cards and CLI smoke pass. The published commit passed CI race tests, builds and card validation on Linux, macOS and Windows. CLI help retains ordinary Monitors commands and excludes ServiceMap commands.
