Remove the retired ServiceMap guides, navigation, API catalog entries, CLI/SDK examples and feature announcements in both languages. Remove its five public operations and 33 dedicated schemas from the consolidated and Monitors OpenAPI specs, and remove topology metadata from target-list responses.
The shared ServiceUnavailable response remains for query/data with a generic description and example. General descriptions of user-provided architecture knowledge remain unchanged.
Validation: OpenAPI lint passed for all 12 specs; Mintlify broken-links passed. Checked local schema references and verified that retained operations, except the intentionally reduced target-list response, have no unrelated changes.
