Open replacement for SmartMonitorX28: control the 2.1in 480x480 round LCD on AIO water coolers (SuperFrame Isengard Magic and rebadges). Fixes autostart without disabling UAC, and actually turns the screen off at shutdown. Serial protocol documented by reverse engineering.
