Add a revision history page under hardware-design for Zero 3W, covering official change records of V1.11 / V1.111 / V1.12 (R119, 1U1, board strap resistors R27/R28/R29/R30/R90728). Supplier / part-number details are intentionally omitted. ZH + EN synced. Related: radxa-docs/docs discussion radxa-docs#2033

Why
Zero 3W (RS107) customers often need to cross-check hardware documents (schematic / component placement diagram / BOM) between board revisions, e.g. when repairing a V1.12 board using a V1.11 placement diagram. The official change records between V1.11 / V1.111 / V1.12 were only kept internally and not documented on docs.radxa.com.
This was raised by a customer in discussion #2033, who is repairing a V1.12 board and needed to know whether V1.11 reference documents still apply to V1.12 for a set of components.
What
Add a Revision History page under Zero 3W → Hardware design, in both Chinese (
docs/) and English (i18n/en/), recording the officially documented revision changes:It also states that all other designators keep the same values and footprints between V1.11 and V1.12, so the V1.11 placement diagram / schematic can be used to cross-reference a V1.12 board.
