Improve Together recommendations and group flow

Describe your changes

Improves the Together flow with:

• host-first watch-provider and region selection;
• provider-filtered TMDB movie discovery with an unfiltered outage fallback;
• locale-neutral invite links and strict browser-language detection;
• accessible match celebrations from direct swipes and polling, with continued discovery;
• non-blocking guest sign-in guidance and secure return to Together;
• an atomic, UI-invisible technical room limit of 20, valid-token rejoin, and group-neutral participant UI;
• deterministic mixed-locale match aggregation;
• localized copy across all seven supported languages.

• Backend Together tests: 21 passed
• Backend build: passed
• Focused web Together/dictionary tests: 39 passed
• Web typecheck: passed
• Biome: all 19 changed source/dictionary files clean
• Independent review: no critical findings; localized count-copy issue fixed and regression-covered
• Browser walkthrough: blocked by Vercel Deployment Protection; authenticated reviewers can use the preview link
