Periodically, it undergoes a "Kakudmi Shift," becoming intensely bright before vanishing in a flash of light, only to reappear at a different point in time and space to continue its journey. This phenomenon has been observed for centuries, sometimes causing temporary blindness, strange weather, or even an electromagnetic pulse that crashed an airplane. Because of its unpredictable time-traveling nature and high speed, it cannot be contained, so efforts are focused on keeping its existence a secret from the public.
