Select the published authoring-only package after registry and compatibility checks. Keep public installation and default promotion as separate pending stages. Retain readable qualification inputs and model limitations so the release claims can be checked without access to a local workspace.
Captured responses contain historical workspace links, not maintained repository guidance. Store their identical bytes as text and keep runtime paths intact so route checks do not depend on host files. Remove redundant link-context copies and disclose the final Claude read-back limitation about Add placement on both collection surfaces.

Select published plugin 0.2.4 in the shared Claude/Codex catalog so new public installs receive the authoring guidance for the deployed UI foundation. The package remains authoring-only and bundles CLI 0.2.2; UI continuation/review Skills remain deferred.
Retain the qualified package, bounded advisory responses, registry installation, provenance, and staging receipts with accessible companion records. Catalog installation and npm default promotion are subsequent observations, not claims made by the publication receipt.
