The sweep existed to clear the pre-rename iiab-oa_ artifacts in one pass instead of ageing them out seven deep, and was meant to come out before the rename merged. It rode along by accident, which turned out convenient: the 32-bit half of the bake had not run yet, so the block is what cleared that arch when it did.

It is a no-op now that the bucket holds only k2go_ artifacts, and a no-op nobody dares delete is worse than no code. Removed against the evidence the block itself asked for: the bucket listing returns no iiab-oa_ keys.
