fix: prepare token 1.7.2

Summary

• rotate rejected anonymous YouTube playback identities once
• preserve bounded MWEB and WEB retry behavior
• prepare Token version 1.7.2

Production behavior

When YouTube rejects the cached anonymous playback identity with LOGIN_REQUIRED, Token invalidates that identity, obtains fresh BotGuard and PO-token material, opens a new Innertube session, and retries once.
