chore: prepare player 0.1.59 for TypeType 1.8.0

Summary

• Publish the Player source used by TypeType 1.8.0.
• Include SABR stall recovery, paused Firefox seek buffering and WebKit seek isolation.
• Keep the published MSE package at 0.1.59.

Production behavior

The frontend consumes the already published @typetype/mse 0.1.59 package. This PR aligns the Player main source with that package and the TypeType 1.8.0 release.

Runtime verification

• Frontend integration and playback checks are covered by TypeType-Frontend CI.

Tests

• Player package publication and validation already passed on the development branch.

Rollback

Revert the central TypeType gitlink and restore the previous frontend package if a production rollback is required.
