Can confirm restored functionality with this update applied for CS:S.

My CSS (WC:S) server now boots successfully once again.

However, unrelated, some things in WC:S (for CSS) no longer work, e.g. Crypt Lord race ultimates no longer seems to reduce my hp when I was hit by it, it did however increase my HP when I used it on an enemy. Potentially unrelated to this? Or maybe more references in the entity files need updating? Unsure.

Suicide bomber, chain lightning also didn't work. Something else might need looking at as a knock on effect inside of the WCS or eventscript stuff as abilities that should deal damage no longer do so.... no errors in console though.

Hmmm, I might ask for your assistance looking into why abilities & skills that should deal damage or additional damage in WCS no longer do so after this update or the update done by valve.

I'll do whatever digging I can.
