I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography at Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University (A Central University), Srinagar, Uttarakhand, India. My Research focuses on population dynamics and their spatial–environmental dimensions, including fertility transition, migration, health geography, and demographic indicators. It also includes geospatial modelling, land-use change, water resource sustainability, and open geospatial data systems. The work applies GIS, remote sensing, statistics, spatial analysis, and AI tools to support studies in population change, environmental management, and regional development data-driven policy and planning.
