chore: trim dead SDK/skill repos from manifest and live docs - #278

sparrow/robin/wren/owl do not exist; starling was renamed to graycode-skills (same HEAD). Manifest 8->4 with validate proven in stub harness; coverage table corrected (incl. real 65% gate); SDK-boundary dead code removed from coupling guard + package audit test; repo links retargeted. Left deliberately: registry fetch URLs (upstream index has no verified new location), fixture strings, historical prose.
