Feature request for distributed reviews feature as in smart git

Source git is probably the fastest growing git client because of its speed, cross platform. One feature that will propel it to be the best is a feature namely distributed reviews feature as in smart git.

It does not require the remote git host server to provide PR/Review APIs. Instead, it stores extra information in git repository and uses low-level git commands to sync these extra datas.

This feature looks great, but it is presumably not easy to implement. Moreover, it only applies to services that are not based on GitHub/GitLab/Gitea/Gogs, which already provide the PR/Review functionality.

I think it can be implemented with git notes command (with structured JSON text).
