Support for kde?

Neither the flatpak nor the arch package nor a compile seem to work on KDE plasma 6. I receive the following error
INFO notify::application: running app_id=com.ranfdev.Notify version=0.1.5 profile= datadir=/usr/local/share/notify GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Remote peer disconnected
Are there any plans to work on this or is this project gnome-only?

This project is not GNOME only, in fact I tested it on KDE plasma 5 and It works flawlessly.

Never tested on plasma 6 though, simply because my distro doesn't yet distribute plasma 6.

If this distro would be Kubuntu, it now ships Plasma6.
