Py32f002af15p MCU Uart to USB with Arduino Ide

I am using a PY32F002AF15P with a CH340N USB-to-UART converter. Can Arduino IDE upload sketches directly through UART like an Arduino Uno/Nano?

Does the PY32F002AF15P contain a factory UART bootloader in ROM, or do I need to flash a bootloader first using SWD?

If UART upload is supported, which pins (BOOT, RESET, TX, RX) are required and what Arduino core/toolchain should be used?
