Feedback from MolSSI school tutorial (June 2021)

This is a list of improvements to make that came from the OPS tutorial we held as a satellite event to the Virtual MolSSI School on Open Source Software for Rare Event Sampling Strategies.

Several of these will actually involve making improvements in the OPS docs, rather than making significant changes to the text here.

• Replace link to builder.openmm.org with link to openmm-setup app (#18)
• Add links to the OPS website as a way to get other examples
• Create more detailed discussion of path tree (on OPS website), link to that
