Move where tree appears on collection view pages

I'm wondering if the plugin can insert the collection tree bullet list higher up on the collection view page. I would want it with the metadata, at the top of the page, before seeing the contained items, rather than down at the end of the page.

Maybe it could be styled more like the metadata too, with "Collection Tree" in bold and to the left, and the bullet list to the right?

Control of where the plugin stuff goes is tricky in Classic: you've got the hook to append things to the page and that's basically where you're going to go. In your example you have Commenting also, and it's the same hook that's adding Commenting that's used for Collection Tree, so they'll kind of be forced to move "together."

This kind of problem is what the big "resource page blocks" feature in S was written to deal with.
