Some useful features 🔨 I'd like to see 🙈 for this theme / project.

I'll try and make this as terse as possible. Below is a list of features I think that could make this theme / project shine 🌟

• present some glyph / character in an interactive shell session to let the user know there are background jobs running.
• print / report how long a task / job took to complete on the right side prompt.
• if a nested shell session is started, present / display some indicator to let the user know (s)he is interacting with a nested shell session.
• and the crown 👑 jewel, display some sort of glyph to let the user know which version of a language is being or is going to be used when running a command such as ruby or python.

I wouldn't be opposed to working on some of these features in the near future, but presently I'm putting out 👨🏻‍🚒 some fires 🔥 of my own.
