Warn users about CustomXY behaviour

When the project is CustomXY, a warning should be shown to the user in the following situations

• if the user tries to change resample to False
• if the user attempts to change repeatLayer to any value other than 1

We should also consider doing

• Update the contrast display method to hide the resample and repeatLayer

OR

• Update the repeatLayer to 1 and resample to true when the user switches project type to Custom XY
