Check-in queue

It would be cool to have a queue page for instructors/TAs that shows a list of students waiting to be checked in. The client application would have to send a request to to the server when generating the QR code. The checkin endpoint would be responsible for removing the student from the queue. Most significantly, this feature would require web sockets for the queue to be useful.
