Every graph query fails to build BioPAX model, even the supplied example

Trying to run graph queries, they all fail, even the supplied example of BRCA1, MDM2 fails.
The error reads "BioPAX reader failed to build a BioPAX model".

Tried this on two separete machines, one Windows 10, one Ubuntu 18.04. I'm using Cytoscape 3.9

I can reproduce similar problem:

• Select toolbar: Apps > PathwayCommons > Search...
• Tab: Find and Get
  • Dropdown: Pathways
  • Search query: ZNF385A
• Summary panel
  • Select Matching pathways: Transcriptional activation of cell cycle inhibitor p21
  • Click link: Click to extract and import this network
• Popup
  • Select BioPAX Mapping: Binary
