Create a python module with a number of functions for quick analysis of a digital rf dataset. These functions will read through the entire dataset and output arrays holding the processed information along with any time, frequency or etc arrays necessary. The idea would be someone could include this in a python notebook and then plot it however way they want.
In one sense this will also replace the processing code in drf_plot and drf_sti and just have those scripts just call those functions and do the plotting. It will allow for better code reuse and make it easier to manage the plotting tools that are already there.
First candidates for one of these functions:
- STI
- phase
- RTI
- Saturation detection
