[Feature Request] - refactor map2loop code base to have sub modules

Feature Description

Map2loop should have submodules to separate the files and make it clearer to read.

• map2loop
  • core
    • samplers
      • each sampler could be separate folder with the base sampler and then a new file for the subclasses
      • expose them under the module using the init.py
    • project
  • API
    • each API call separate file but expose all in the init.py
