knightos init fails with cryptic `Network unavailable` message

The KnightOS SDK currently does not work.

If you want to see what progress is being made on KnightOS you can look/ask in the IRC channel:
#knightos on irc.libera.chat.

The SDK tries to go through the network to fetch packages; the server it used to use for this no longer exists. I should really reprioritize getting this fixed, sorry :(

@pixelherodev you should have it fetch this from Github artifacts, I think.
