Bug Report: When Starting a Chart at a point, the notes are offset until the countdown finishes

When making charts and testing at a certain point, the notes do not adapt and still start as if you were starting the song from the beginning until the countdown finishes, then the notes resync.

Hm, I've paid attention to that detail before, but I was never really bothered by it. I personally think more people would need to decide on this since it's been there out in the open for a couple of years now.

Also, what you write in "commit 3206" here is how many commits there currently are. What you probably want is the commit number; this is visible in-engine on the main menu in the bottom left corner, in parenthesis.
