The song time is right on it, but on the slider its not aligned correctly.

Also, there are ZERO BPM changes!

Huh, that is particularly interesting. I don't seem to have this, at least not on 0e269dd, with no changes to the chart editor. Though, considering that you do seem to have a couple of chart editor addons installed or at least some modifications (since there is usually no stage preview), have you tried disabling some of them and see if that does the trick with the bookmark?

This is the excerpt that appears to be responsible for the scrollbar bookmarks, so it could very well affect anything that gets feed into yPos. I also think it might be some weird camera issue, but it depends on the camera that gets assigned to the scrollbar bookmark in the end.
