Perhaps this is outside of the scope of this project, but I wanted to report anyway. I ran into an issue when trying to display the entire sequence of TTN - my entire component (Vue) just would not load. I traced it to the fact that TTN is a very large protein and ProSeqViewer took about 30sec-1minute to display anything and in the meantime my component was also deadlocked. Additionally, once loaded parts of the sequence can get blanked out after trying to scroll and highlight. See this fiddle (warning! your computer may not be too happy):
