oAuth signature method `HMAC-SHA1` deprecation

Hi Everyone,

Sending Outcomes is signed using HMAC-SHA1. IMS is deprecating support for SHA1 starting Jan 2020. Is there a way to update the library to support SHA-256?

I face the same issue. Is it possible to update the library to use SHA-256, since SHA-1 is deprecated?
